Liveries, competitions and all-round superb facilities

Here at Broads we are known for having some of the best facilities in the area. Visitors can benefit from our two 20m x 60m arenas, both flood lit and well maintained, along with use of BSJA standard jumps and dressage boards.

Our indoor arena has recently had a new topping of Silica Sand with a wax coating, providing a firm but cushioning surface which is perfect under foot. Housed inside the arena is our viewing gallery with tables and chairs for visitors.

The outdoor arena is a rubber/sand combination, again easy under foot and durable all year.

Also on-site, Broads has it’s own café and heated seating area, ideal for grabbing a bite to eat on those cold winter competition days. Boasting both indoor and outdoor toilet facilities, which are regularly cleaned and checked, there’s no long queues to wait in!

Broads now offers stables to hire for the day, half day or overnight, which are perfect for competitions if you are bringing more than one horse or wish to stable up for the day. Built to full standard size and away from the livery stables, it’s a home away from home for your horse.

Hay and bedding is also available to purchase on-site so there’s no need to worry about running out or fitting it in to travel.
